Call up, navigate through the choices, listen to the elevator music because your call is very important to them, an hour later you get a person, and you say three words? That would leave them stammering and grasping for all the possibilities and asking which one.
If it's a language thing then use Google Translate and copy/paste the result into the bigger white text box.
