Hey! I just started having problems texting to the states late last evening. I can send and receive texts but my texts do not go through to the other person. I'm wondering if anyone can help me solve this problem?

Have noticed a few posts resolved by moderator intervention before even most basic problem solving. They must be on the alert for specific bugs.
Of course, they don't want to frighten us with information about the issues. 🤪

No the other end wouldn't have blocked me, it's my significant other lol
I'm using an iphone and they have an android.
So all texts are in green bubbles?? No blue??
And a first step can be to reboot phone.
My iPhone asked for a network reset yesterday...if yours did to...you should do.
What was the resolution??

Give some details being asked!!!
Other wise you will receive excessive wild guesses for you to follow which will be a waste of your time!!
Phone type?
Texted to? Number like 714-xxx-xxxx??

@ASomeonePerson : Define "regular texting". iMessages in iphones can bypass "regular texting" and need an internet connection. Chat features in Android phones are similar.
So if out of cell data and not connected to wifi then those kinds of messages will not go through.

do one thing take your SIM card out and waiting for a minute and put it back and do rebooting your phone - This one is quick and simple. Make sure your phone is off before removing and reinserting its SIM card.
Remove your phone’s battery - Some phones have removable batteries. Sometimes removing and reinserting the battery can fix certain issues. Just make sure your phone is off before you do this.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Just wait....you will get some better ideas.
Also would the other end have blocked you?
Also what kind of phone are you using?

No. I've been texting this number for a long time. But now for some reason my texts aren't going through.
It's just regular texting.

There are some numbers that you cannot phone to in the USA...not sure if that applies to texts too.
Are you sending a pic with the text? If yes, you need to turn on Data to send.
What kind of phone?
Are you texting to a number or email address?
