Service not working since changing plan today

Can somebody help me?

was charged, plan looks active in portal. rebooted and all that stuff, but no other phone to test.  Phone works on wifi and this happened on the day my plan changed.

This issue happens sometime after a plan change

So, is it not connecting at all?

First, make sure PM charged you and renew you on the new plan 

Try reboot the machine once

Try to reseat the sim card.  Power off the phone, take sim out and wipe it clean and put it back and power up

if nothing work, message support here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@pamorin2  First try rebooting the phone . Or reset network settings . Is it possible to try the SIM card in another phone . If still no luck . Please submit ticket with support to help you fix
