Has anyone had cell service stop working? I can get on internet with wifi but no cell. Not getting a response from my "ticket"
Have you checked with your imei if your phone is compatible with VoLTE ? Try looking on this page : https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte
Otherwise try rebooting your phone and if it has a physical sim card, try ejecting it then puting it back in and rebooting, it sometimes help.
