The last week or so we have zero service outside wifi. We have data. And bars. But no service.

Which phone do you have? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network? Check on the following link:

If it is not VoLTE compatible, then you will have voice calling issues. But, texting should work.
Might also want to try a reboot of phone. Network reset of phone.

PM had a data issue last week, and you could have impacted. But the issue was resolved now. Please perform a "Reset network settings" after a device reboot
if issue persists, you will need to ask PM CS agent to reprovision the account/sim. Please open ticket with PM support:
