Cellular Data is not working

Hi,
For the past couple of weeks, my cellular data has not been working when I am outside, even though I have used very little data.
Could you please look into this?

what phone do you have?

Make sure Mobile data is turned on, no data limit set

And if you just joined PM not long ago, make sure old esim is disabled, or old sim card removed

Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
