Service issue

Some of my calls are not comming to me. My friends are saying they are trying to get me , but the phone doesn't ring on my end . Whats going on??

Do any of your services work? Or do you just have an issue with calling? Both in and out? What is your account status? Active?

I tried to call my cell phone, calls cant get through

• restarting your phone
• try your SIM into another compatible phone, to rule out a device setting/issue on your phone
• toggle into and out of airplane mode
• perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

If you have activated a new account and transferred over from another provider, note that incoming calls are usually the last to port over.

• Cell ports can take 2-3 hours. Use the previous provider's SIM card to receive the porting transfer text for approval to port to port over to Public Mobile and to receive calls from until port is complete.
• Landline/voip ports can take 3+ days. Expect a mix of services on the landline and Public Mobile SIM card until port is complete.

When the incoming calls stop on the previous provider’s SIM card and/or landline/voip account, that is a good indication the port is complete.

If still issues from a new activation/transferred over number, submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

Also check if your phone is set on Do Not Disturb is enabled during at specific times your friends are trying to call you.

If not then it is as @computergeek541 indicated that the friends who are not getting through is not in your contact list so check if they are or not.

I would say that this is probably a network issue. Cellular service is never 100% reliable at any carrier.  If this is only happening when specific people try to call, ensure that they're not calling from phone numbers that aren't saved in your contact list.  Some phones have a setting to automatically reject any phone calls not saved in the phonebook.

Is this a new issue or has it always been a issue? Does it go to voicemail? Did you port your number in recently?
