I can’t seem to send or receive texts or calls yet have full bars. Even internet won’t load

@MC1893 - are you a new or existing customer?  If new, did you activate with a new number or transfer one from another provider?

 

Check for outages in your area:

Check first if your account is active. Maybe it is suspended?

Rebooting phone sometimes help. Turn phone off, wait a bit, turn on.

@MC1893   but voice works?

 

Login to My Account and confirm your account status is Active first

 

Try to reboot the phone once

Try to click Reset all networks (this will reset your saved wifi as well as Bluetooth as well)

If you have another phone around, try putting the sim card there and text

 

and if nothing work, probably you need to engage PM support:
