I can't call or resive a call. But I'm  able to send or resive massage. They recommend to buy add_on, I did buy ,but still not working

As you've said in your original post that you can't receive calls or make calls but you can send and receive messages. You also mentioned that someone suggested you purchase an addon? What type of addon did the mentioned?

If you are having calling issues, you're not alone. Several folks over the last week have reported issues of not being able to make or receive calls. Public Mobile is currently in the process of removing 3G networks in certain areas and this may be affecting your phone. Let us as a community know what phone you have and perhaps we can help you troubleshoot it for you.

@Mymaryam are you a new customer, and if so, did you just transfer in your phone number? If yes, how long ago? If you are an existing customer and this worked before, is data still working? Have you tried restarting your phone?

can you tell us if you have an iPhone or Android?

if iPhone, update iOS and Carrier Profile and toggle off iMessage and Send as Text and reboot and turn it back on

if you have Android, try reinstall Google Message

Who are "They"?

you usually do not need to buy any add-on unless it is roaming. Try Reset Network Settings first, try the sim on another phone
