Why do you think it's invalid?
Did you try to activate it?
If activation crashed you will need to wait for an hour and try again as your sim may be locked by your original activation season. It is on hold for about 50 minutes.
Try using incognito mode and clean your cache.
Also don't use apartment field in cc info
Don't make space in postal code.
If you activated but sim doesn't work on your phone, try it in different phone. You can go to Telus or Koodo store and ask them for a loaner. Your phone may be locked or even incompatible

Was your cc charged.
If yes then put sim in phone and see if it works.
If no try activating again in 1 hour. The sim might be locked after too many attempts.
