hi there, i won't be able to get full access into my account due to when it get to confirm identity,they are sending code to unknown number.

Click on Resend Code so you have the option to send the 2FA code by email, text or call.
Once you are in your account, go to your Profile section and check to see if the number is correct. If not, tap the pencil icon to edit.

@Michael_9 .try tapping resend code a few times . You should get option to send code to email instead . If still no luck . Please submit ticket with support to help you re gain access
