I am unable to login my account as i am entering correct username still it is not login

There is a log on for your public mobile account and another logon for the community account. It sounds like you may be trying to go onto the self serve community account and are not able to log on. If so, go back to the public mobile web page and go to "my account". There you will be asked for your email address as the username and your password. The my account will take a moment and will come on. If you are trying to get onto the community account, you will need to register as as a new participant. Itcwill ask you to setca username ( not your email address) and a password. Once done you will be sent an email confirming the registration. Confirm via the email and you'll be a community participant.

Did you just create your account?
If you opened in store or selfserve creation failed during registration you will have to register your self serve.https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

First, try again using a new incognito browser window (Chrome preferred).
Then, try the account reset function here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/.
If those fail, you will need to submit a ticket. To get a ticket: click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.

When was the last time you logged in?
When did you open account and where in store or online?
Are you sure that you used that email for login, it may be different from community email.
Can you locate both welcome messages in your inbox
