Chyme while talking

Just got a new phone and when I make a phone call. I hear a chyme that occurs every few minutes in a low tone!  Anybody know how to fix it?

On my P30..while on a phone call I get a little low chime if I receive a text message or a Facebook Messenger message..It's not a sound the can be heard by others..it's in the earpiece.

. @Cchen next time it happens check if you received a text....

I don't believe there's any settings to check. Phones shouldn't be making sounds out loud for any types of notifications when already in a phone call. That just leaves in-call sounds.    In addition to the earlier suggestion of call waiting, some types of beeping sounds might also be heard if you are put on hold or if someone is using an app to record the phone call (some apps make a sound while doing that).

Is this on every call?  If not could it be that you are receiving another call while on the phone (call waiting)?

Is this on every call?  If not could it be that you are receiving another call while on the phone (call waiting)?
