I’be been trying to submit a ticket and they want a username. So I create one and it's not recognized and it sends me through the login route again.
Yesterday I got my new iPhone 15. The call I made broke up and Apple suggested a 5G plan so I signed up. I purchased a 5G SIM card and now the phone doesn't work and I get an SOS reading at the top.
This is stupid

I bought 2 iPhone 13s refurbished and my calls kept being dropped or the reception was spotty. I had no issues on iPhone 6. I bought an iPhone 15 and upgraded to a 5G plan and bought a 5G Public Mobile Sim card and the phone didn't work at all. I put in the old SIM card and it works except that calls are dropped again.
Thank you

Which SIM card? new one or old one? Did you change the SIM card number in your self service account?
Maybe try a reboot of phone with new SIM card. Network reset of phone may also help (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)

If you purchased a new 5G plan, you don't need to purchase another SIM card. If physical SIM card, just move the existing SIM card to the new phone.
If you want to use your new physical SIM card, you can change your SIM card number in your self service account?
