Your only option would be to call the toll free 1 855 4PUBLIC number from another phone to use the 611/IVR system. When is your renewal? Could it had been last night?

Please give us an update from customer support as to why you cannot recieve the 2FA verification text while in the US? And how they fixed it? ( Unless of course you are suspended for non-payment at renewal then it all makes sense.)

Good question you should still be able to recieve text messages without a US Roaming add on. You can also have the verification text sent to your email. You can purchase US Roaming add ons by dialing 611 or calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. You will need to enter your 4 digit account PIN # to add funds from your payment card on file and/or purchase add ons.
Keep in mind you must wait a full 24 h9urs after expiry of your 10 Day US Roaming add on to be able to purchase the same add on again. Other US Roaming add ons are available for purchase without a waiting out the 24 hour restriction. Or top up your account balance and contact customer support to add the same US Roaming add on for you during the 24 hour wait period.
