I just checked and it is fixed, I can get in to My Rewards. And I can hit the drop down arrow to open all the xxx-xxx-1234 entries.
You know about that drop down arrow, correct? And it only shows about 5 or 6 numbers on the page, you have to scroll down to see more. This was my ninth referal and first one that I am not completely certain who it is.

@AE_Collector I have a new referral too. The $1 credit shows up but when I go on Self serve to check the Refer A Friend reward, I don't see the phone number (or at least the last 4 digits). So I have no idea who it is either.

I logged out and back in, my dad did the same on his pc and for both of us nothing is working
You have to clear your browser cache too. Or try with another browser on your computer.
I can confirm the site is working.

I was just texted that I had a new referal. First time where I don’t really have any idea who this is from. Went to Self Serve which loads properly but upon clicking My Rewards I get an error code. So something is wrong there too.

i agree something is wrong, the system will not accept my payment voucher any way, on line or on my phone

@edmunday35 Selfserve is available and is working. Did you registered for it? If not, click here to register your selfserve account.
If you already have a selfserve account and are having problem accessing your account clear your browser's cache and try again using incongnito mode or a different browser.
