Try searching by your activation date 06/10/2019 for your welcome email.

  @darlicious : While it might be a coincidence that their community email address and self-serve address are the same...they might find default email notifications from the community.

you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

 and they will Reset for you,

@pinkflamingo   Did you try Forgot Password link?  you can in fact try to put in all your email addresses you have and see which one get you to step 2.  But another step for this process is that you have to answer the Security question that you set up earlier

 

If you are unable to get it reset via Forgot Password link, you will have to open a ticket with PM using the Chatbot on the lower right   The following can help you to get to the ticket opening  page quicker:

 

type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right)  CS Agent will communicate with you there

Try with forgot password and put all the emails you can remember, it will be validated with the database and you ll get the reset password link otherwise try the next email address you have used in the past.

 @pinkflamingo : The self-serve username is the email address you used when you activated. You can find the right one if you can find the welcome email from here when you activated. Or marketing emails from here.

Then you can try the Forgot your password? link under the log in boxes if you don't have that either. But you'll need the answer to your security question..
