How do I log in when the email (username) that I use to login with doesn't exist anymore? I use the "forget username" link and submit my phone number. The system then sends a reset link to my associated email... that doesn't exist. Please help!

I am presuming there's a timeframe associated with the request @Phil_Adelphus
I doubt it wipes out the old username but the OP may be unable to log in within a certain time frame until the change request is either fulfilled or expired.
Mind you, this is just a guess. The OP could test this out for us by trying to log in with their credentials and post the results here.

@HALIMACS I wondered about that, so even if the reset is not activated (due to not receiving the email) it still wipes out the previous username?

Reach out to the customer support agents to update your username if the username reset link was already sent to prior email address ( which you couldn’t retrieve )

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Allison6 You should be able to log in with the old email because it's just a username, doesn't matter if it doesn't function unless you want to send the code to it instead of the phone.
