Please, someone, help me !!!
My plan was supposed to be paid yesterday but my CC has expired.
I only want to update the info and pay for my plan so I can use my phone again.
Please, anyone knows what to do ??

@Guylune please wait for the Mods reply your message. Just in case you cannot wait, you can try to buy a voucher and top it up hopefully it works.

Yes, I also tried another card...
I did send a message to a moderator.
I'm leaving with my kids for a few days and really need my service before I leave.
I've tried everything all morning and really feel helpless...

I don't have that option in the Payment tab.
I actually only have to tabs in the Payment tab. 😕

@Guylune Do you have another credit card to try? If after all you still cannot update your credit card info, you can send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that issue for you. include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

Ok so not a whole lot of info here so just trying to get more out of you. Have you gone into self serve and go to the payment tab. In the lower left hand corner there is a manage my card link and that is where you can update your credit card info. If you have done that you will need to contact the mods and the instructions for that are in the post above yours.
