How do I create an account for online? When I tried said I need customer service to help me with that but getting ahold of someone from customer support has proven to be quiet frustrating and impossible! So now what do I do?

An account is created once you activated your PM SIM.
You can login to the account by using the email address and password you created while activating your SIM card.
Who activated your SIM and when was it activated?

@1976bvd usually online account would have created if you activated manually yourself. But if you activated in store before, then yes, likely that is an unfinished task
To open a My Account now, you can use the button on My Account login page, but make life easier , you can just open ticket as "Forgot Password" type and PM Support will assist;
