Nothing but trouble with this carrier!!!!

After fighting to get my puk code and finally getting it, it worked and all was finally ok, I woke up to call my soon to be employer and I have no access to any carrier services. My account is newly paid, everything worked last night, this morning al the messages between myself and public mobile in our chat are gone, my phone is on SOS, none of my settings were changed. I’ve tried resetting the network, I’ve powered off and removed SIM card-powered on and inserted SIM card and I’m still on SOS.

this is the 4th day of trying to get things sorted out to have a working phone that I paid for and it reflects that in my payments. 

I’m beginning to secretly dislike this carrier.

Are you on IOS or android? On IOS, it could be that you need to update carrier settings. That would be done under Settings - General - About. If there is a carrier update you will be prompted. 
Otherwise, do you have multiple sims associated with the phone? That could be causing confusion as well. I recently went through that with my phone, I had two sims linked to my phone and it was in SOS for days before I figured out what the issue was.

Not new, just had a new subscription but it worked then stopwatch then worked again and so on and so forth all day but more not.

today, many complain about network or voice problem, you might be one of those affected.  But open another ticket with PM today
