How do you search your private messages for just the messages from one user?
Freaking hate this new set up....I can't find anything quickly like before.....

I found what I was looking for.....the old fashion way....by manually searching back thru my messages. Unlike others I don't delete anything....lol....for anyone interested I was supplying info on everyone's favourite scammer who is constantly needing help pay for her plan or to find her many lost phones....who will hopefully lose her many community accounts next....finally.

Same here. I tried few people I corresponded with and was able to filter messages from/to them with no problems. Including CS_Agent...

do you know if the message you got from the CS Agent main box or from Agent's own name? Maybe try with the agent name as well?

@darlicious : If you're looking for CS_Agent messages then I have experienced them removing them from my inbox in the past. Maybe Sent too, not sure.

Frustrating....."No messages found" is all that comes up. Apparently customer support not getting my messages isn't the only problem I have with my private messaging.

I can get them if they come up in the body of the message but I can't seem to get all the messages from one user to come up. Am I entering the name improperly?
