Hi! Yesterday I set up a scheduled renewal for my plan today as I wanted to go back to a lower data plan. Now today I have no service. I can call out but cannot receive calls or texts or get on the internet.
please help! I need my cell for work purposes.

Contact an agent. There have been issues with plan changes lately.

@Drum74 this is a common glitch on the last 2 days. PM support would be able to fix it. Please open ticket with them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
