ANYONE ELSE STILL HAVE NO REFUND BACK FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE…. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. And honestly going on 4 weeks is unacceptable.

I just got mine late last week, was over charged six times when my activation looped.

The agent would need to have opened an investigation and they should have provided you with a reference number for the investigation.  If that did not happen, you will unfortunately need to press the agent to open an investigation and provide the reference number.  It took roughly 12 days to get my over charges returned to my card.

I asked the agent to submit feedback that PM change their billing to pre-auth the card first then charge on successful activation; I highly doubt they'll change anything, but I tried.

we are just customers like you on the community.  You really have to reply CS agent and work with them to get that resolved.  Please message them now 🙂

@BRenda18  Yes your correct Black Friday weekend was a frenzy and the website broke down . I’m sorry your having this issues hope you get a resolve soon . Best of luck

Scroll back to this page on Black Friday and you will see what happened with Public’s site. Public also released a post concerning this. My issue is, I have given this company more than enough time to give me my money back

My account was never fully activated and they took out two payments due to a glitch in the system on Black Friday. It happened to many people if you scroll back on this community page to Black Friday 

HI @BRenda18 yes, it is frustrated for that long and still not seeing the refund

since you already talked to agent, reply on the same message and have agent to check if the refund request was processed

you bought something...then changed your mind ? What are the deets ? As a rule, PM says no refunds so did yoy get a response when you asked for a refund ? More info please.

@BRenda18  Have you submitted a ticket with support already PM is pre paid and usually no refunds . Did agents say they would give you refund ? If so it usually take a month to get . Usually advised to ask for credit on the account instead to use towards your next renewal . Note I’m just a customer like you trying to help . But if you haven’t yet submitted ticket you can use this link to support

@BRenda18 , the terms of service generally does not provide for any refunds.  If you have been promised a refund, please wait patiently.  You might wish to check with support in refund status if you are in a big rush.

Oh yes… 3 weeks ago. Talked to the CS agent who said I would totally get a refund in 10 business days.
