When I check my account my subscription is up to date, by my phone shows SOS. I have turned the phone on and off, physically taken out the sim. Still SOS. How do I get help with this?

which city you are at? there is another post about the same thing, maybe it is a big network issue

I would try your sim in another device if you can or reset your network settings to see if that will help your connectivity issue. But if that doesn’t work, you should reach out to customer service to see if they can solve it on their end.

you have another phone to test the sim card? maybe it is a phone problem? and you tried your phone in another location? maybe network issue
