Hi,
I changed my carrier to public mobile. it’s been almost two months but my sms is not working I am not getting any messages in my phone.

are other functions working like phone calls and data?
to troubleshoot first try restarting your device, then resetting network settings, if that fails you can contact a support agent here:

hi @Gksp reboot phone first, and Reset All Networks
and are you using iPhone or Android?
If iPhone, check if phone number is correct on the iMessage settings
if Android, try uninstall and reinstall the message app. Use Google Message as it is the best

@Gksp are you able to send out text messages? Are you able to call out and receive calls? This will help us determine if your number porting did not complete properly. When you requested the transfer, did you receive a text message from your old carrier and reply Yes within 90 minutes to confirm you wanted to transfer?
