SMS issues

We had SMS to foward messages to our email and now we c an't seem to get SMS on messages app on A03s. I can't tell from our Usage on our account if we've run out? I've cleared the Cache but otherwise am at a loss.  It sends as MMS and we never receive it in our email.

SMS are unlimited so you cannot 'run out of it'. You could run out of data if you use 3rd party app to handle SMS/MMS for you.

A customer running out of data wouldn't cause SMS or MMS to fail, regardless of the app being used.  If a standard internet connection is required to send the message, that isn't actually SMS or MMS.
