Hi I just ported back into public. Incoming calls and SMS messages (iMessage) are not working. Outgoing calls can be made. In iOS settings, it’s stuck on “verifying my phone number”. I have tried rebooting my phone several times. It hasn’t been quite 24 hours since I ported in, do I wait a little longer? What should I do?

Hello @Leunger,
It looks like your phone transfer was not completed properly. If you didn't respond YES to the approve the transfer within 90 minutes, it can cause the transfer to get stuck. Not to worry though, I have sent you a direct message with the phone number that you can call to re-trigger the porting process. Please check your messages for the phone number to call. Unfortunately, I am unable to post the number in the community forum.

This is also for my wife's phone as well (we ported in 2 accounts), same issue on her phone as mine. We can make outgoing calls, but incoming calls fail, we are unreachable.

Incoming calls are also not working. We have deleted all old eSIM's, there is no physical sim in the phone. I dont think the port was completed successfully.

first thing to check, are you receiving incoming calls on the PM sim? Remove your old carrier sim card, or disable old carrier esim and try it. I am not sure if your port was completed. if not completed, the iMessage issue is related
