Hello, I have paid and resubscribed for about 4 hours now and still dont have any service. I turned my phone on and off foe a few times already. Did airplane mode and still nothing. It just says SOS on the signal bar area. Please help as I need my line for work. Thank you

you removed the old sim card and disable the old esim yet?
make sure PM is the only sim there and set as enabled and set as Primary
but if that does not work, ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
