- Google Pixel 6a
- Started getting issues 03/15 after my new subscription came into effect
- At first it was only iPhones at first, so I changed my subscription again to see if that would fix my problem but now I can't send/receive SMS/MMS from anyone, including verification codes.
- I've already changed my APN, restarted my network, rebooted (manyyyy times)

If you aren't receiving SMS as well, something is terribly wrong. Please contact support by directly PMing an agent on the community forums.

I can confirm that's the APN I put in. I put my sim card into another phone and it worked so I thought it was my sim card but as soon as I put my sim back into my phone it started working properly? I guess I just needed to take the sim out for a bit. Thanks!

Is data working properly?
Maybe try inserting your PM SIM card in another working phone. That will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. If the PM SIM card works in another phone, try to re-insert back to the Pixel to see whether it starts working.
