HI @darlicious you are a regular , but why you so against open ticket with Chatbot? you should have all the trick to get through SIMON and able to open ticket without being go round and round in Chatbot like those newbies
One thing I like Simon, after you open ticket, you have a ticket number as a reference. This is the best "proof" you need for any future argument.
I understand private message is easy, but Chatbot has it usage too. I usually suggest people to use Chatbot to open first, the private message to follow up

I am not 100% sure. When the chat bubble disappeared, I went looking for SIMon and found it at the bottom of the webpage where usually the obscure stuff is placed.

SIMon is "hiding" at the bottom of the webpage.

Public mobile is aware of the issue.
It was a decision made by the website design team. Might come back in the future.
As mentioned above, can access to clicking Get Help section and then chat SIMon button.

@HALIMACS - been gone for about a week. SIMon is overworked and stressed out and needed some personal time.
Actually, I have no idea. Maybe PM is trying to direct people to the Get Help section more often.
