I have a problem with my number, I am using it in my personal device and then I have a work phone and used i to login to my account because I was hoping to get another number so i purchased an esim
Little did I know that It will be the same number as what I already have. Now I can't use my simcard in my personal phone anymore as it already registred in my work phone. I don't know what to do as I prefer using my number in my personal phone. I deleted the esim in my work phone already.

You will either need to re-purchase a new SIM card or a new eSIM at this point. You can only have one SIM card attached to your account and only one number per account. Once you change SIM card the other de-activates and cannot be re-added. Also eSIM’s are one time use so if you delete it, it cannot be re-added without purchasing another one.
If you wish to have two separate numbers you need to have two separate accounts with separate email addresses.
If you want to grab a new physical SIM card I’d highly recommend grabbing one from a local telus store or from Amazon as they are cheaper and shipping is fast.

Otherwise you can purchase a new eSIM immediately by downloading the app on your intended device, going to the subscription and add-on’s tab, and then scrolling down and selecting “Shop SIM Card Now”
