I ordered two plans on Nov. 21. SIM cards were not received. I have tried repeatedly to contact Customer Service as per instructions. Could not get a Ticket. Could not get into My Account to cancel the service. I have requested my Credit Card company reverse the charges.
Today is December 12th, 2023. This is notification to Public Mobile to cancel both plans. They have never been activated as the SIM cards have not been received. This is for both plans. This has been my only way to make contact.

@Mouche-dog Unfortunately, as you discovered, the chatbot/ticket system is not working properly. To contact customer service you need to send them a private message at the link @Handy1 provided. We are only customers here and can't do anything with your account.. But I imagine your instructing the credit card company to reverse the charges will suspend and ultimately cancel your account anyway.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents
