My credit card has been charged as new subscriber 7 days ago and I have paid for SIM card which has not arrived. I am Canadian returning back to Canada. I need to activate my phone ASAP. Please refund $5 and switch to esim.
I really hope I made the right choice to use Public mobile as my new provider!?!!

best to get the PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store than. You can also get it from Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG, only $4.99
Then submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to reimburse back
If you want to go with eSIM, personally I don't think I like it as it cannot be moved across devices, you have to submit ticket with agent and ask them to help with it.

It usually takes 5-10 business days for SIM to arrive from PM. Unfortunately some customers experienced even longer delivery tome or did not get it at all.
In case it does not arrive before new year, ask agent for replacement.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents
