When did you order the SIM? It will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Contact a CS_Agent if the time has gone by.

Contact agent and provide proof of purchase. It could be mail issue or if you bought a phone then somebody forgot to include SIM.

How long you have bought the SIM card? PM now usually ship the SIM within a week.
If it has be lonnger than taht, open a ticket with PM.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@marlizehelberg if it has been over 10 days submit a ticket with CSA.
Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.
