If I have an old SIM card can be used instead of getting new one ?

@Obaida  No sorry SIM cards are non refundable , but worth having a spare in case you lose or damage yours or to give to friend or family member to join public mobile and use your refferal code and reward the both of ya

If I ordered SIM , can I cancel the SIM card I have ordered and get a refund or no?

@Obaida  Start to create new account and choose already have physical SIM card on the app then you will have to eneter the SIM card number , if it gets green check ✅ then it’s good to go , if not then you need new card

how to figure out if it's been used or not, I had PM account before but I'm sure this SIM was a spare one

@Obaida  No SIM cards are onetime use and can only be activated the onetime, you need a new SIM card to activate

hi @Obaida if the old sim card was used and activated before, no, it cannot be reused, you need a new one
