PM support usually is good. Just that too many people activate over the weekend and caused the issue. Stay here for another month and try it out
but if you decide to go, you can port out your phone number and account will be closed after the port
or if you don't need the phone number, just go to My Account, Payment page and click Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed"

@Obaida To close the account make sure >manage subscription>subscription renewal is turned off. After the plan tries to renew it will fail and 90 days later the account and number are gone for good.

I have opened new account yesterday and I decided to close the account before the next bill.
I have few questions and couldn't get a hold of anyone officially PM as customer services, lack of supports is huge downside.
What is the steps to close the account once it's activated ?

@Obaida No sorry SIM cards are non refundable , but worth having a spare in case you lose or damage yours or to give to friend or family member to join public mobile and use your refferal code and reward the both of ya

@Obaida Start to create new account and choose already have physical SIM card on the app then you will have to eneter the SIM card number , if it gets green check ✅ then it’s good to go , if not then you need new card

@Obaida No SIM cards are onetime use and can only be activated the onetime, you need a new SIM card to activate
