I had similar issue, my physical sim card was taking to long to arrive. Spoke with cs agent and they directed my to koodo/telus or mobile klinik store to by the sim and then credited the cost of sim to my account.
You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond. My agent was very helpful and replied quickly.

@Andreiko You can order one from Amazon $4.99 there or pick one up from Telus / Koodo store and contact support and ask them to reimburse you for it instead of waiting even Longer for them to send out a new one

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
