SIM card is invalid and cannot sign into the account after porting the number to the primary phone

After my wife has ported her phone number to her primary phone (non Public Mobile) with the intention of keeping her existing account, she can no longer sign into her account trying to change to another phone number.

The whole idea was to port the number to a primary phone and getting a new number for Public Mobile account. It’s not one same number for 2 accounts.

You can only have her number to one carrier. You can’t have the same number with two different carriers so your account will be closed once she ported out of PM.

Sorry @ehung7 , this is normal.  After the number is ported, the account will be closed and you won't be able to login.  There is no way to port the number and keep the account
