Wife is trying to activate subscription, got as far as Step 5 to put in SIM card number, then message comes up SIM card already in use (must have done something wrong here) won't allow to continue and her iPhone goes into SOS mode and can't get out of it. Puts Telus SIM card back in and works ok. It's stuck at the put in number Step 6 part. Don't know what to try next, any help?

It's like it's activated but goes to SOS mode on her iPhone so can't go further. Put the Telus SIM back in and everything works. Faulty SIM card? Its brand new, just got today. She can't remember but maybe put SIM card in before set up number??

Odd. I'm really curious why it's saying "SIM card already in use". Let us know how it turns out.

Waiting to hear back from agent, it's a new SIM card, just gotbfrom Public Mobile. Signing up through Public Mobile on the app

Are you using the Public Mobile to sign her up?
If you're stuck at 6. you may need assistance from a CS Agent.

Other question would be, where did you get the SIM card from? Is it new or used? If it's used, it's no good anymore and can't be used again. You'd need a new one. If it's new. where'd you buy it?
