Hi, my sister ordered a SIM card and paid already the monthly, but no SIM card yet arrived for activation. Please help. Because submit ticket doesn’t work.

@Koreusman the 3rd one likely lost in the .mail. As said, open ticket and ask them to let you rebuy from local stores and ask them to simply reimburse you the cost

Jan 07. Thing is we ordered 3 lines, the other came in couple of days but the 3 hasn’t yet arrived
Credit card has been charged for it.

@Koreusman when exactly did you pay for it??
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
