Hi, my sister ordered a SIM card and paid already the monthly, but no SIM card yet arrived for activation. Please help. Because submit ticket doesn’t work.

Jan 07. Thing is we ordered 3 lines, the other came in couple of days but the 3 hasn’t yet arrived Credit card has been charged for it.
