Lost Wi-Fi during setup and didn't complete. Now I can't complete verifier because I can't receive the confirmation text message code. Can I have it sent to my email instaed?

Yes! You should be able to hit “Didn’t receive code” and have it sent to your email. If it’s not showing up you might have to input an incorrect code a few times.
