@Mrray , unfortunately sim card order’s purchased through Public Mobile can’t be tracked & are delivered by Canada Post. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive my sim card! I call it snail mail 🤣. Some people receive their sim cards much faster though. I hope you get yours any day now. I’m sorry. I find Amazon delivers the sim cards much faster!

 

As others have suggested please open a support ticket to ask a CS_Agent to check on your order for you.

@Mrray  Can take 3 day to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try local Koodo kisok around you for in person pick up ( call first ) otherwise you can ask support for a update

 sim card delivery could be as many as 3 weeks

 

you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
