Webpage froze during SIM activation so I am unable to get the PM phone number originally selected. I chose another PM number for the moment and submitted port request for the original number. Issue still not fixed yet. Any MOD can help me?

They are clearing backlog from all the new activations. It took me about 9 days, so most people are having to wait that long.

Thanks! I have been sending PMs to many MOD since Nov 21 but none of them replied so far. That's why I posted in forum and hope they are aware of my issue.

Probably not, but try sending a private message to any moderator with your current phone number, and the one that disappeared. Given their workload don't expect a response for several days.
