Port from chatr, I can make a phone call with new SIM but can't receive call.

My chatr SIM card is still working. When I was using Public Mobile SIM and call my number, it directed to voicemail immediately. Please help.

When did you attempt to port? Today? Or earlier than that? See this post, as the concept is true for you (private message to a Mod if the port hasn't completed in a day)

Just substitute your Chattr SIM for any mention of the Rogers SIM.
