I was never given a shipping confirmation code, just a confirmation email. No tracking, only a note that it was shipped via Canada Post. Is has been a week now after the supposed estimated delivery date. What now?

Hi there, I have not received any confirmation that my SIM card has even shipped, original order was August 15, 2024. Can I order an eSIM instead at this point?

Sadly you're going to have to hold tight. It takes up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail via Canada Post.

Then when you get the new SIM card, log into your account, go to profile and on the right side you'll see SIM card number with a pencil. Click on pencil and change the SIM card number to the new one. Wait till it's complete and then turn off phone then reboot to make sure it's up.
