Thank you for the suggestion, but this situation is still unacceptable. I paid for a SIM card over a month ago and received nothing — no delivery, no tracking updates, and no proper resolution until now.
I should not have to spend more money, waste more time, or go out of my way to purchase another SIM card because the original order was never delivered. Whether the package was lost in the mail or not, customers should not be left without support after paying for a product.
At this point, I expect Public Mobile to properly resolve this issue by either fully refunding the original purchase or ensuring I receive a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Trust in a service comes from how problems like this are handled.

We are all customers here like you. Being that it's been a month is unacceptable. But things do get lost in the mail.
If you wish to continue with Public Mobile, there is no need to reach out to customer service. Just go pick up a card locally or from Amazon. You can use ANY SIM card to sign up. Then when you get the other card, you can use it as a spare or give to a friend.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

I understand your policy, but this situation is still unacceptable. It has been over a month since I paid for the SIM card on April 6, and I still have not received it.
I have already provided the correct shipping address, so the issue is clearly with the delivery process. Please provide me with:
* A tracking number
* The exact shipping status
* An estimated delivery date
If the SIM card cannot be delivered, then a refund should be considered despite your policy, because customers should not pay for products they never receive.
Please resolve this issue immediately.
