@Karmaniz  - it sounds like you paid $80 on a SIM and data addon, as that is written. 

Can you explain?

 

If I am going by the math you paid for a SIM card and activated on one of the high $ plans Public Mobile is offering?

 

If your credit card actually got charged for the SIM card activation than where are you experiencing issues at?

Any calling / texting in or out abilities?

 

OR, perhaps you made an immediate plan change to the $70 plan to reset your data but not data is working?

If you were on a lower cost plan, than you can add funds and Change Plan now.

If you were on the same plan previously, you will need Customer Support to renew your plan early.

you get a new number or you did transfer old number to public mobile! if so 

do you get a SMS message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to Transfer your number. Your reply should be: YES.

 

if you stuck with Transferring your old Phone Number, or is not complete processing

what is it showing on the phone?  SIM not provisioned?  NO network?  NO SIM?

 

is outgoing calls working?  or voice and data both not working?

 

Yes, it could be SIM provisioning easy.  NO worry, easy fix, just open a ticket with PM Support.  It is an easy fix and once they got the ticket, they can fix it quickly.

also, did you request porting in of the phone number?

 @Karmaniz : No number on what? The SIM? There's no 19 digit number anywhere to be found? Did you activate it? Or did you just put it in the phone expecting it work? Did you activate in a store? Or yourself online?
