SIM Card paid for but not received

I ordered a SIM card on-line and paid for it in July 2025 but still haven't received it in the mail.  What do I do?

you cannot use a second sim for the same phone number.  Each phone number can only ties with one sim card

if you need a second number, you need to setup another account using another email address with another new sim card.

Unfortunately, each number is a separate account so you need a sim for each number. Public Mobile has no "family share" type plans. You must use a different email address as well, but you can use the same payment card for both.

order a new one from Amazon...fast / free delivery if you or friend has a prime account. Alternative..get to local retail Telus store to see if they have them available. See if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area and buy one. Once you have it and activate a new account, message Customer Support to request credit to your account for the sim you hadda buy.
